Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Policy governs refund and cancellation of purchases of the digital Product(s) sold via the Website.

2. No physical product

Since the Product is digital (downloadable or accessed online) and when delivered cannot reasonably be returned, cancellations or refunds may be limited as described below.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before you receive the download/access link or before the Product is made available to you.
  • If you wish to cancel, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]
  • Once you have been granted access to the Product (download link issued or access enabled), cancellation will not be possible.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases (for example, if we fail to provide access to the Product after payment for an extended period).
  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide your purchase details and evidence of the issue.
  • If a refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if you have accessed, downloaded or used the Product beyond the permissible scope or if the issue arises from your device, software or network environment.

5. Changes to Product & Updates

  • From time to time, we may update the Product. We will clearly state whether updates are included or if they require additional purchase.
  • If we discontinue the Product or a big change is made that materially alters the Product, we will notify you and may offer an alternative or pro-rata refund at our discretion.

6. Disputes and charge-backs

  • We request that you contact us first if you have any concerns or issues. Unwarranted charge-backs or payment disputes after you have received access to the Product may result in termination of your licence and may prevent you from future purchases.
  • We reserve all rights to pursue remedies for charge-back fraud or misuse.
